President’s Report
The committee had its first meeting at the Northbridge Golf Club, in the Club’s welcoming and beautiful surroundings.  It was a lovely sunny day, and we enjoyed gazing at the grounds and the waters beyond.  So today is our first general meeting in this new venue, and I trust you will enjoy it.

Thanks to Susan M and Clive W for managing the mail out to all members, with a letter detailing the move and an application form for membership here at the Northbridge Golf Club.  Our Club will pay the cost of membership from the funds we hold.  Please return the completed membership forms as soon as possible so they may be processed without delay.

I trust you will not have had too much difficulty reaching the Golf Club today. Ian S used public transport to get to the recent committee meeting and found it a straightforward journey, taking the train to North Sydney and then catching the 202 bus to Northbridge.

Today we will hear from Kim Hewitt, speaking on interesting aspects from “My Life.”

Membership Report:  Our membership remains the same, 34 women and 23 men.

Many happy returns of the day for your September birthday:  Paul O 01, Gary P 13, Douglas I 17, Patrick W 20, Angela J 21, Polly G 29.
